Pure Irish breeding
We can see completely different wheaten types in the dog shows. The differ in coat texture and colour. Studying dogs in detail, we can see also different body and movement. Those Wheatens are called American, English, Northen Europien and many other names. Studying the standard one can say, they are not according it.
Watching this situation and meeting lot of foreigh, long time Wheaten breeders I have decided to go only pure Irish way of breeding. It means, that now in pedigrees of Wheaten Darlings you can not find dogs with untypical coat.
Typical Irish Wheaten has strong bones, short and strong neck, free movement, tail not courled over top line and beautiful, warm, wheaten coloured coat with no undercoat. This is my breeding goal!
